Hi, i think we got exactly same error like yours when we tried deploying again. it worked after some time. We left all hopes after trying for few hours and next day it just acted normal lol and got deployed. xd :) Or a weird approach would be deleting the item in stage to check if it works. Not the correct one but just to verify what is causing this error. Let me know if it works or anything that you did! Or I might share another approach!
